As Courier will pick your Order you will receive a Tracking Link on your mobile number. You can easily track your order.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

At Remington, we prioritize seamless transactions and customer satisfaction. Our exchange process is designed to ensure your convenience and peace of mind.

We offer a 7-day window for exchanges, provided the merchandise remains unused, unopened, and in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. Refunds for credit card purchases are available in cases where an item is out of stock.

To initiate an exchange, simply reach out to us via email at Info@Remington.pk or by phone at 03211330047, Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm. Please note that exchanges are not applicable for lightly used or opened items.

In the unfortunate event of damaged merchandise upon delivery, kindly file a claim within 48 hours with unboxing video out of the flyer, supported by accompanying photographs. While we endeavor to process all claims and exchanges promptly, please allow up to 2 weeks for resolution.

Please be advised that exchanges are not facilitated during sales or promotional periods, and products on promotion are ineligible for exchange.
